The National Federation of the Blind (NFB) hosts an academy for Braille Enrichment for Literacy and Learning (BELL) during the summer months.  The NFB Bell Academy serves students who will not be receiving braille instruction in school or who could benefit from braille enrichment over the summer.  In 2015, the program served students in 25 states and participating states are listed on their website:  https://nfb.org/bell-academy  Dates vary according to each state.
