Peggy Sinclair-Morris
Peggy is currently the Principal at the Kentucky School for the Blind. She was formerly the Technical Assistance Coordinator at The Kentucky Deaf-Blind Project, Dept. of Early Childhood Education, Special Education, & Rehabilitation Counseling, University of Kentucky.
