Project INSPIRE Virtual STEM BOWL: Mission INSPIRE

The Project INSPIRE team is very excited to announce another fun learning activity for U.S. braille readers who are 11-15 years of age. We’re calling this free program Mission INSPIRE.

This mission will require our rocket scientists to:

  • Build a rocket prototype with Mission Control
  • Build their own rocket and test it
  • Present their findings to Mission Control staff

Did we mention the prizes?

Aspiring rocket scientists aged 11-15 who read braille in math and science classes are eligible for the mission.

Rocket scientists are eligible for prizes!  All rocket scientists will receive a t-shirt and certificate of participation. The winning rocket scientists will be recognized in the Hatch Closing Awards Ceremony on Saturday, May 20 from 11:30-12:30 PM EST.

How to Register

If you have a budding rocket scientist who is a braille reader in math and science classes we ask that you share the attached flyer with them and their family. A family member will need to register their child for consideration for Mission INSPIRE.

Registration closes March 28. We will notify rocket scientists if they are or are not selected for Mission INSPIRE.
