Goodnight Moon  now has tactile graphics, enabling young children who are blind to enjoy this book along with their sighted peers.  The classic children's favorite book is now available with tactile illustrations, thanks to National Braille Press.  Some of the key illustrations -- the bowl of mush, the comb, the mittens -- have been reproduced using tactile graphics that make Goodnight Moon accessible to children who are blind for the first time since it was first published in 1947.

There are three pieces to the set:

  • 20 tactiles
  • a guide for navigating around the images as well as more descriptive text about the pictures in the book
  • a print/braille edition of Goodnight Moon
