Dr. Rachel Schles is the Visual Disabilities Program Coordinator and Assistant Professor of the Practice at Peabody College, Vanderbilt University. Her professional focus is on training for pre- and in-service TVIs, eligibility and identification of students with VI and deafblindness, and understanding the prevalence of students with VI.a
