Kelly Brown is a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments (TVI) and a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS). Throughout her 17 years in the field, she has had the privilege of working with individuals ranging in ages from infant to adult who have Blindness and Visual Impairment, including students with complex needs. Currently she works for the Oldham County School District in Kentucky serving students ages 3-21. She shares a passion for learning from and collaborating with other members of the IEP Team to meet the unique needs of each student and promoting student engagement in learning. Her personal/life experience in Visual Impairment includes being the (proud) daughter of a father who happens to be blind.
