Maureen Lewicki
I am a TVI in New York State. Having taught for 12 years, I left the field for 20 years to raise a family and a garden where flowers came to die. I returned to the field in 2009 and have been climbing the technology learning curve ever since. It can be challenging, but technology is the key to our students’ future success in school and career. I love the challenge of adapting materials. My greatest compliment comes when my students leave saying, ‘Thanks, I get it now,’ ‘That was easier than I thought,’ and ‘Wow, you actually made the task fun!’
