I am a Professor at the University of Northern Colorado and coordinate the visual impairment and orientation and mobility programs. I am also a certified TVI and COMS and provide consultation to school districts in how to best meet the needs of their students with visual impairments. My specialty area is working with students who are in the process of learning English and have visual impairments.
