Roz Rowley has been teaching at Perkins for many years. During that time, she has taught all ages and levels of reading, braille and English, as well as other courses related to Language Arts.  Roz had searched for a reading program to address one of her student’s needs. She came upon The Wilson Reading Program, requested help from her colleagues, and worked with Perkins, APH, and the Wilson Corporation to publish the first three levels of their program in braille and large print. Roz was also named Teacher of the Year 2010 from The Braille Institute of America, an honor she will always treasure.
