I am a TVI who has spent a long career in the Chicago suburbs. I can’t choose just one part of this job that I most enjoy; but currently CVI and VI with additional disabilities are my areas of focus.

I have been a TVI for 40 years and am now the CVI Program Manager at Perkins School for the Blind. I also teach a class on Cortical Visual Impairment at UMass Boston, and I have a website called CVI Teacher.
We have six kids, 4 home grown (two are fabulous adults), one from Bulgaria and one from China. All are total stinkers! I’m a happy at home mom and sometimes family therapist.
