Penny Rosenblum

Through 2019, Penny was a Research Professor at the University of Arizona. Beginning in 2020, she became the Research Director for the American Foundation for the Blind. Penny has more than 30 years of experience as a teacher of students with visual impairments, university faculty member, scholar, and as a person with low vision.
