Belinda Fayard
Belinda is a TSVI with 17 years of experience and the parent of a young adult with CVI. Belinda has worked as an itinerant TSVI in a range of settings including a county wide cooperative, charter schools and traditional districts both large and small where her teaching experience covered all aspects of the Expanded Core Curriculum and all ages from birth to 21. Belinda now serves as the VI Transition Specialist on the Outreach team at Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
