Mary Beth Kelty works as an itinerant TVI/COMS in Lawrence and Scioto Counties in Southern Ohio. Currently, she works with students from preschool through 12th grade. In the past, she worked with moderate to profound, high need students for over 20 years as an intervention specialist before becoming a TVI. She has a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Rio Grande. She has worked for virtual schools, residential facilities, and self contained classrooms, giving her a variety of experiences when working with students of all ages. Mary Beth has served as an AER Division head for the state of Ohio for the past several years. She has shared her knowledge by speaking at several international conferences, including OCALICON and the International O&M Symposium. She has also worked with the Cabell/Wayne County Association of the Blind in Huntington, WV.
