Lydia Randall
Hi my name is Lydia, I am a Teacher of the Visually Impaired at BESB. I live in West Hartford, CT and I cover the greater Hartford area. I was hired in October of 2022 at BESB and this is my first position as a TVI. My favorite part about teaching is seeing a student make progress and the joy that it brings to them!
I grew up in Western Mass and when I am not teaching I enjoy being out in nature, enjoying time in my 1950’s camper, and relaxing with my family. My undergrad was in Public Health and I love tying in my first passion of health and wellness to education. Whether that means advocating for accessibility, supporting my students in their independence, and also showing up as the healthiest and happiest version of myself!
